4 injured, 1 seriously, in Clarno crash in Madison Wisconsin
Four people were injured, one woman seriously, in a two-vehicle crash south of Monroe Friday just after noon.At 12:46 p.m., public safety officials were dispatched to an accident at the intersection of Highway P and Five Corner Road in Clarno Township, according to the Green County Sheriff’s Department.The sheriff said a pickup truck driven by Randall L. Klitzman, 57, of Churubusco, Ind., was traveling west on Highway P when a car driven by Joshua W. Luloff, 22, of Winslow, Ill., traveling north on Five Corner Road failed to stop at the stop sign.
Authorities said Luloff’s vehicle collided with Klitzman's pickup at the intersection, and both vehicles were forced off the road.The sheriff said Klitzman's pickup struck a stop sign post and a power pole before overturning onto its side. Klitzman sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Monroe Clinic Hospital by Monroe EMS, according to the report. Police said Klitzman was wearing a seat belt and the air bag on his vehicle was deployed. The pickup sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.Luloff sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Monroe Clinic Hospital by Monroe EMS, the sheriff said.

Michael, 19, of Winslow, Ill., was extricated from the vehicle by the Monroe Fire Department, the report said. She sustained serious injuries and was taken by MedFlight to UW Hospital in Madison, according to the department. Police said Michael was wearing a seat belt and her air bag deployed.Another passenger in Luloff's vehicle, Buster A. Waldrop, 16, of Winslow, Ill., sustained injuries but refused medical treatment at the scene and was later taken by private vehicle to the Monroe Clinic Hospital. Police said Waldrop was wearing a seat belt but had no air bag deployed where he was seated. Luloff's vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
