Concord, N.H : Man in wheelchair dies of injuries after being hit by car on Interstate 393 Thursday, January 28, 2016

A man in a wheelchair who was hit by a car on Interstate 393 Thursday has died, according to Concord Hospital.

Concord police said Thursday that Gene Parker, 52, was hit by a car on Interstate 393 eastbound near Commercial and Main streets.

He was initially taken to Concord Hospital with serious injuries. He died of those injuries on Sunday, according to the hospital.
