Bandon , OR : Two Persons were killed in a single-car crash at north of Bandon on Sunday morning, December 14th 2014

Oregon State Police identified the two victims killed in a single-car crash north of Bandon Sunday morning. Police said Christopher Coney, 20, from Coos Bay, was killed when the 1991 Honda Accord he was driving southbound ran off Highway 101 and struck several trees. Rachel Ragle, 23, also from Coos Bay, was riding in the car and was also killed. Both died at the scene, police said. State police said they believed speed and alcohol use were contributing factors in the crash.
