KENOSHA, WI : 2 dead, 1 injured in Kenosha County highway crash on Tuesday, 1st December, 2020

Two people were killed and a third person injured following a two-vehicle crash in Kenosha County Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 1.

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department said the wreck happened on Highway 31 shortly before 4 p.m.

Deputies investigating the crash reported a Subaru WRX was traveling southbound on State Highway 31 at a high rate of speed and struck a Honda Element that was attempting to turn west from Highway 31 onto 35th Street.

The operator of the Subaru has been identified as a 26-year-old woman from Beach Park, Ilinois. The deceased passenger of the Subaru was identified as Jeremy Sander, a 37-year-old man from Kenosha. The deceased operator and sole occupant of the Honda was identified as Timothy Warden, a 59-year-old man from Kenosha.
