Orlando, FL : Child hit, killed by vehicle near Semoran Boulevard on Solandra Drive on Thursday, June 23, 2016

A child was hit and killed by a car on Solandra Drive in Orlando, according to police.

It happened near Semoran Boulevard and Colonial Drive on the city's east side.

Police say the vehicle was exiting the driveway and struck a child. The child was pronounced dead at the scene.
