SPRINGFIELD, MO : Motorcyclist in serious condition after a crash involving another car in Springfield on Monday, 26th February 2024

A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in serious condition after a crash involving a car Monday evening.

According to the Springfield Police Department, the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. when a car heading north on S. Campbell Avenue went to turn left into the Walmart when the car and a motorcycle, heading south, crashed.

One lane of southbound Campbell Avenue is still closed while police work the crash.
