Billings man dies when car rear-ended on Montana

A 75-year-old Billings man has died after his vehicle was rear-ended by a pickup truck on Interstate 94 near Billings.The Montana Highway Patrol says the man's vehicle appeared to have mechanical issues and stopped in the driving lane 9:45 p.m. Wednesday. The driver of a westbound pickup truck was unable to avoid rear-ending the man's vehicle.The victim's vehicle went into a guardrail, rolled and ended up on its roof. The man was ejected and died at the scene. His name has not been released.The patrol says the pickup truck went into the median and rolled onto the driver's side. The driver was not injured.
