Leake County ,MS : Mother and her two children killed and four others hospitalized after deadly accident on Sunday ,April 12th 2015

A Philadelphia woman and two of her step children were killed in a one vehicle accident in Leake County Sunday night. Four other children are hospitalized at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

A bare pine tree, shattered glass and a child's boot are all that is left at the deadly accident scene.

"I just saw the truck turned over against the tree and it was turned over on a little kid," says Seals' third cousin, John Kennedy

24-year-old Samantha Seales lost her life along with her two 9-year-old step children, who were twins.

Kennedy says Seales was behind the wheel with all six of her children when her SUV didn't make it through a sharp curve on Highway 500.
"Finally the jaws got here and got the little baby out that was screaming," he says.

"She had five step children and one of her own," says Seales' little sister, Shaniquia Gilbert. "They were coming from seeing my dad and she just lost control of the car."

She says the family is trying to cope with the sudden loss.

"I just can't believe it right now - it's very tragic," says Gilbert. "But, my sister was always a good person. She was always positive even when me and my other sister wasn't. We have another sister and we would always be fussing and something and she would always was positive and has been the soft-hearted one of the family."
