Scottsdale, AZ : Two people injured in 4-vehicle crash near Frank Lloyd Wright on Sunday afternoon, June 21, 2015
Scottsdale paramedics had to transport two people to the hospital with serious injuries following a crash late Sunday afternoon.
Dwayne Bader with the Scottsdale Fire Department says the 4-vehicle crash occurred near the intersection of Thompson Peak and Frank Lloyd Wright.
Bader says two people were transported and 6 other people involved in the crash refused treatment for their minor injuries.
Bader did not know if the people involved in today's crash were wearing seat belts, but he as a precaution, he wanted to remind the community how important seat belts are when driving or riding in a vehicle.
Bader did not say whether the people involved in today's crash were wearing a seat belt, but he says every hour someone dies in America simply because they didn't buckle up. Wearing a seat belt use is still the single most effective thing you can do to save lives and reduce injuries on America's roadways.
