Sullivan County, TN : Three people injured in a Wreck involving ambulance on Highway 11W near Kingsport on Saturday, December 12, 2015

An update to the ambulance crash in Sullivan County that we told you about Saturday. Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers say the cause of the accident is still under investigation. They say the ambulance was traveling North bound and suddenly veered off of the roadway.

Three people were on board. There were no patients.
James M. Caudill, age 45, Kingsport, Tn. was the driver.

Brian R. Tankersley, age 36, Kingsport, Tn. was a passenger.

Samuel A. McMurry, age 21, Rogersville, Tn. was also a passenger.

All of them were taken to the Holston Valley Emergency Room. One of them is said to have life-threatening injuries.
