BOSTON TOWNSHIP, MI : 1 dead after Boston Township car crash on Friday, 14th July 2023

A man died of his injuries after a crash near Clarksville, the Ionia County Sheriff’s Office said.

The crash happened around 9:40 a.m. Friday in the area of Morrison Lake Road and Portland Road in Boston Township.

The sheriff’s department said a man from Orleans Township was headed south in an SUV and did not stop for a stop sign. As he drove through the intersection, a Hastings man driving an eastbound pickup truck hit the SUV, deputies said.
