Caledonia ,WI : 42-year-old Demeater Legrone's critically injured after He lost control of the vehicle and ejected on Tuesday ,June 2nd 2015

A Racine man is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash in Caledonia early Tuesday morning, according to police.

Just past midnight, 42-year-old Demeater Legrone's motorcycle began to skid while he was northbound on the 6300 block of Douglas Ave. He lost control of the vehicle and was ejected from his seat. He was not wearing a helmet, police said.

Legrone was initially taken to All Saints Hospital in Racine but was then flown by helicopter to Froedtert Hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
