Austin, TX : A 58-year-old Waco woman died in a single-vehicle crash on Monday, September 18th 2017

A 58-year-old Waco woman died in a single-vehicle crash early Monday morning, Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. D.L. Wilson said.

Troopers were called to State Highway 31 at Farm-to-Market Road 1330 near Axtell at about 5:30 a.m. after an eastbound 2008 Hyundai left the roadway and crashed between the Farm-to-Market Road 1330 bridges. The vehicle rolled numerous times, killing the driver, Brenda D. Hamilton, of Waco, who was the sole occupant of the car, Wilson said.

Troopers said Hamilton was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation, Wilson said.
