Ocala,FL : Hawthorne motorcyclist dies in collision with deer on March, Tuesday 27th 2018

A Hawthorne motorcyclist died Tuesday morning when he hit a deer on State Road 20 in Interlachen, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.

Mathew Moore, 59, was taken to UF Health Shands Hospital following the 9:29 a.m. crash near Morris Lake Lane. He died in the hospital.

Moore was driving a 1988 Kawasaki on SR 20 when he collided with the deer, which did not survive the crash.
