Austin, TX : Woman dies in southwest Austin collision at the 6000 block of West William Cannon Drive on Wednesday, 16th January 2019

Authorities are responding to a crash in southwest Austin Wednesday that killed at least one woman.

Austin-Travis County EMS and Austin fire responded to the call at 3:42 p.m. at the 6000 block of West William Cannon Drive. One woman died in the collision.

One male patient in his 50s with potentially life-threatening injuries and one female patient in her 20s with non-life-threatening injuries were transported to St. David's Medical Center South. One patient refused treatment.

First responders are still on scene.
