ALBUQUERQUE, NM : Rollover crash leaves child critically injured on Tuesday, 28th August 2018

Police say a child was rushed to the hospital and crews had to free a driver trapped following a rollover crash a few blocks from the Sunport.
Albuquerque police spokesman Daren DeAguero said the single vehicle crash, which happened at Yale and Gibson SE, left a child “around 8 years old” in critical condition.

He said the driver was taken to the hospital after being extracted from the vehicle but did not give their condition or say if there were any other injuries.

The intersection of Yale and Gibson SE is closed while police investigate.
