GREENACRES, FL : Man injured in single-vehicle car crash near Forest Hill Boulevard and Jog Road on Monday, 2nd March, 2020

A man was taken to a trauma hospital Monday afternoon after being injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Greenacres.

The crash happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. near Forest Hill Boulevard and Jog Road. The vehicle struck a wooden Florida Power & Light Co. pole, snapping the pole close to its base, said Assistant Chief Brian Fuller, spokesman for Greeancres Fire Rescue.

Crews removed a man who is about 60 years old from the vehicle and took him to the trauma hospital. An update on his condition was not available as of Monday evening.
