Roseville, CA :Lunchtime wreck on I-80 in Roseville causes injuries, serious traffic jam on Tuesday, June 30th 2015

Around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, a large Dodge pickup truck overturned on eastbound I-80 between the Douglas Boulevard onramp and the Taylor Road exit. The Roseville Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol raced to the scene, finding two occupants had pulled themselves out of the vehicle, which was resting on its driver's side in the median. Both occupants were reportedly transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals. Traffic in the eastbound lanes slowed to a crawl, backing up to the Riverside onramp. Within 20 minutes of the accident, motorists slowing down in the westbound lanes also caused significant traffic congestion on that side of the freeway.
