CHARLESTON, WV : 13-year-old driver killed in van crash on Wednesday, March 15th 2017

Charleston police say a 13-year-old boy has died after taking a van from a residential facility and crashing into a retaining wall.
Police said Jeremy Bush died in the wreck Wednesday evening. The van burst into flames.
Police said Bush was in the custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and was a resident of the ResCare facility. Police said the van was leased by the Health and Human Resources Department.
A spokeswoman for the department said it would investigate and couldn’t comment further due to privacy issues.
No other injuries were reported.
