Ashtabula County, OH : Beachwood man dead after a two-car crash in Denmark Township on Monday, Nov 30, 2015

One man is dead after a two-car crash that occurred Monday in Denmark Township.

According to a news release, the crash happened around 2:45 p.m. Monday at the intersection of state Routes 193 and 167.

Sam Orenbach, 66, of Beachwood, was driving eastbound on state Route 167 and failed to stop at a stop sign. Orenbach's 2011 Ford Mustang was struck by a 2004 Ford F-150 driven by Theodore Fosselman, 56, of Dorset, Ohio.

Both vehicles went off the right side of the roadway and Orenbach's car struck a parked car.

Orenbach was taken to St. Elizabeth's Trauma Care Center in Youngstown, where he died Tuesday.

Fosselman was taken to Ashtabula County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
