Tallahassee, FL : 12-year-old dies of injuries sustained in ATV crash on Monday, 25th November, 2019 1 min ago

A 12-year-old girl died on Monday of injuries she sustained after the ATV she was driving fell on her, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Kaeli McCormick was driving the ATV east on Platt Road, east of Corkscrew Lane, when it overturned on its left side and landed on her, according to a FHP news release.

She was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where she died of injuries.
