Willington, CT : 1 killed, 4 injured in Willington rollover crash on Saturday, 27th April 2024

State police are investigating a fatal crash that left one woman dead and four people injured in Willington on Saturday night.

Just after 10 p.m. Saturday, a 21-year-old man from Bethel was driving a Subaru Legacy on River Road with four passengers in the vehicle when, for an unknown reason, he lost control of the car, according to the Connecticut State Police.

The Subaru rolled over, killing one of the backseat passengers, who was identified as 19-year-old Maria Damata of Bethel, police said.
