The Lake County Coroner’s Office on Thursday identified the Algonquin woman who died in a Lake Barrington car crash as 30-year-old Angela Parisi.
Preliminary autopsy results indicate she died of multiple blunt-force injuries caused by the car crash, according to Lake County Coroner Howard Cooper. Toxicology results are pending.
