Jerome, ID : 2-year-old child dead in a hit-and-run in the south-central Idaho city on Friday evening September 12th 2014

Authorities have identified the 2-year-old child killed in a hit-and-run in the south-central Idaho city of Jerome. Idaho State Police tell The Times-News on Monday that Damian Garcia is the child killed on Friday evening while crossing a street.
