Authorities have identified a 54-year-old man who was pronounced dead after a five-vehicle crash in Henderson.

The Clark County coroner said Tuesday that Paul John Petronsky Jr. of Henderson died after the crash about 1:45 p.m. Monday at Warm Springs Road and Stephanie Street. Officials say it will take several weeks to determine his cause of death.

Henderson police say another man was taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Rose de Lima Campus for treatment of injuries that weren’t believed to be life-threatening. His name wasn’t made public.
