A 19-year-old man has been arrested in the death of a 15-year-old high school student after he was involved in a head-on crash that also injured the student's two sisters early Tuesday morning, state police said.
Claire Carline, a freshman at Dutchtown High School, was killed in the early morning crash and her two sisters were injured, according to Jared Sandifer, a state police spokesman. Officials said the three teens were on their way to school.
The Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/1wvnqAt ) that Dwight Perrilloux III, 19, of Reserve, the driver of the car that struck the girls' car, was charged with vehicular homicide, first-offense driving while intoxicated and two counts of vehicular negligent injuring, according to state police.
