Concord,NH : Two injured in crash on Clinton Street in Concord on October, Friday 13th 2017

Two area residents were injured Friday morning in a car crash on Clinton Street in Concord.

Charles Varn, 68, of Manchester, who was driving a Toyota, attempted to turn left onto Interstate 89 south from Clinton Street when he crossed in front of a Jeep driven by Susan Purcell, 66, of Bow, police said.

Both drivers were taken to Concord Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

A New Hampshire State Police trooper came upon the crash at about 10:21 a.m. Concord police and fire assisted at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
