Montgomery ,AL :Roadway blocked at Wares Ferry Rd. near Knox Kershaw after crash on Tuesday ,September 1st 2015

An overturned 18-wheeler on Wares Ferry Road near Knox Kershaw has blocked the roadway, according to officials with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Sergeant Steve Jarrett says at this time, the roadway remains blocked. There is no report of injuries at this time or the possible cause of the crash.

We will update this story once the roadways have cleared. Motorists traveling in this direction should take caution and consider an alternate route.
