Dover, NH : Truck driver suffered minor injuries in Dover toll crash on Tuesday September 22 2015

A grand jury has indicted the driver of a tractor-trailer accused of crashing into a toll plaza on the Spaulding Turnpike.

The crash happened at the Dover tolls in March.Roland Joy is now charged with second-degree assault and multiple counts of reckless conduct. All charges are felonies.

Prosecutors said Joy sped up, hit a car and slammed into the toll plaza.

The driver of the car suffered minor injuries
