LUTHER, OK : 74-year-old woman dies after apparent accidental shooting in Luther on Tuesday, 17th November, 2020

A 74-year-old woman died after police said she was accidentally shot Tuesday evening in Luther.

Around 5:50 p.m., Luther police officers were dispatched to the 18900 block of Northeast 178th Street, near the Turner Turnpike and North Luther Road, after receiving a report that a female had been shot. When officers arrived, they attempted life-saving measures but were not successful.
