Dover,NJ : Driver charged after crash leaves 1 dead, 3 others injured on September, Sunday 24th 2017

A driver faces death by auto charges after a single-vehicle crash left one passenger dead and three other people injured.

Morris County prosecutors say the crash occurred early Sunday in the area of Route 15 and Route 46 in Dover. But further details about the crash and the injuries suffered by the victims were not immediately disclosed.

The driver, 36-year-old Javier Santos Archaga, faces one count of death by auto and three counts of assault by auto. A telephone number for him could not be located and it wasn’t known if he has retained an attorney.

Authorities say the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
