Virginia State Police say a tractor-trailer driver suffered a head injury after a crash on I-81 North in Rockbridge County.
Details remain limited; however, State police told WFXR that the incident occurred around 5:16 a.m. when an unknown vehicle allegedly caused the crash and did not stop.
Currently, the north right lane and right shoulder remain closed. Traffic is backed up for over five miles as crews continue to clear the scene.
