FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA : 24-year-old dead in Franklin County crash; passengers with minor injuries on Sunday, 27th August 2023

A 24-year-old is dead after a crash that took place in Franklin County on Sunday night, Virginia State Police said.

VSP said a driver named Skyler Evan Rorrer from Collinsville was traveling on Goose Dam Road around 10 p.m. with other passengers in the vehicle. The car then ran off the left side of the road and hit a fence.
