Volusia County , FL : 82- Years old man was killed after motorcycle was crashe car at SR 412 on Saturday afternoon , December 13th 2014

An Ormond Beach man was killed Saturday afternoon when his motorcycle crashed with a car in Volusia County.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Katherine Johnson, 82, of New Smyrna Beach was south on State Road 412 and attempted to make a left turn onto State Road 44 and drove in front of a motorcycle driven by 91-year-old Robert Clayton of Ormond Beach.

Clayton was transported to Bert Fish Medical Center where he died.

FHP said the crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
