18 year-old killed in truck crash in Vermont

An 18 year-old from Vermont has been identified as the victim of a deadly pickup truck crash in western Franklin County over the weekend.Nicholas E. Boyd of Whitingham, Vermont was dead by the time emergency workers arrived at the crash site on Potter Road in Rowe, First Assistant District Attorney Steven Gagne says.
