Rock County, WI : Man killed in crash on Interstate 43 in the Town of Turtle on Saturday morning, July 30, 2016

A man who was killed in a Rock County crash Saturday morning was identified Sunday as Matthew A. Sowinski, 37, of Eagle.

Sowinski was ejected from his Jeep after rear-ending another vehicle and losing control of his vehicle on Interstate 43 in the Town of Turtle around 8 a.m. Saturday.

Sowinski was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol and the Rock County Medical Examiner's Department.
