Springfield,MN : A 20-year-old Springfield woman sustained life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle crash on April, tuesday 18th 2017

A 20-year-old Springfield woman sustained life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 14, in Home Township, east of Sleepy Eye reported at 6:21 a.m. Tuesday. The Minnesota State Patrol reported a 2004 Buick Le Sabre driven by Leah L. Larson was westbound on Highway 14 when the car crossed the centerline and hit a 2005 Peterbuilt semi head-on. Larson was transported to North Memorial Hospital, Robbinsdale. Larson wore a seat belt and an airbag deployed in the car. The semi driver, Dana W. Johnson, 42, Springfield, wore a seat belt and was not injured. No alcohol was involved.
