2 dead in Pebble Beach DUI crash

A grisly collision in Pebble Beach on Sloat Road killed two Pebble Beach residents Sunday night. California Highway Patrol officers said the 30-year-old driver who caused the crash, Stuart Elder of Pacific Grove, was heavily intoxicated when he crossed into oncoming traffic near Bird Rock Road.
