PROVIDENCE, RI : Family remembers 21-year-old man killed on I-95 in Providence on Saturday, 12th October 2024

A 21-year-old man was killed walking across I-95 in Providence on Saturday.

Alex Montesino's family said he left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

"If you met Alex, you'd know you met him. He was full of life. So happy," said his dad, Frankie Montesino.
