ENGLEWOOD, FL : Motorcyclist injured in Beach Road crash on Friday, November, 3rd 2017

A Port Charlotte man received serious injuries Friday night when his motorcycle struck a median on Beach Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Theodore Garrett, 53, was rushed to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He was cited for not wearing a helmet and failure to have proof of insurance, according to the FHP.
