Carlisle Pike, PA : Driver trapped in crash in the 2000 block of Carlisle Pike (Route 94) on Wednesday, 19th September 2018

The driver of a Hyundai Sonata was trapped in his vehicle following a crash in the 2000 block of Carlisle Pike (Route 94) about 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday. The driver was southbound on Route 94 in Oxford Township when the vehicle left the road, sideswiped a utility pole, struck a fence post then overturned. He was extricated by United Hook & Ladder and transported to York Hospital. The road was closed for about an hour until the vehicle was removed. Eastern Adams Regional Police Department is handling the investigation.
