A 19-year-old Greenville man died Wednesday after he was struck broadside by two cars on White Horse Road, the Greenville County Coroner's Office said.
Cody Joseph Crocker was heading south on U.S. 25 about 4:30 p.m. when his vehicle crossed into oncoming lanes of traffic and was T-boned by a Ford Taurus and a Pontiac, Deputy Coroner Kent Dill said.
Crocker, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was ejected from his vehicle, Dill said.
He was transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where he died in surgery at 6:25 p.m., Dill said.
The cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries, the Coroner's Office said. The manner of death was accident.
Troopers reported the wreck as a hit-and-run Wednesday night and said they were searching for a full sized white Dodge truck with heavy front end damage.
