Solon, OH : Semi driver could face charges in fatal Bainbridge Township crash on Monday, Oct 5, 2015

Police in Ohio say a semi-truck driver may face criminal charges in a crash that killed a New York man and critically injured a second man.

The crash happened Monday afternoon in Bainbridge Township, located about 16 miles southeast of Cleveland, on U.S. 422.

Police Chief Jon Bokovitz tells Northeast Ohio Media Group the Indiana man's semi went off the right side of the road and hit another semi and a tow truck that were stopped on the shoulder.

The crash killed 49-year-old Kenneth Reid, of New York, and seriously injured a Parma man, who remains hospitalized at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Bokovitz says that the driver will likely face criminal charges, but that won't be determined until the investigation is complete.
