Centerville, OH : 1 dead in Washington County ATV crash on Wednesday, 17th October 2018

A Charleroi man died when his ATV struck a semi truck in Centerville , Washington County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Washington County Coroner’s Office.

The coroner’s office identified the victim as Levi Jacob Mattey, 26.

A coroner’s spokesman said Mattey crashed into the truck at the intersection of National Pike and Linton Road just after 4 p.m.

The cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.

The Centerville Borough Police Department is investigating.
