A 19-year-old man is facing charges of drunken and drugged driving after police said he was the driver in a fatal Holbrook crash that killed his girlfriend, 20-year-old Nicole Ricci of Stoughton.

Hector DeJesus, of Holbrook, was arrested by police at his home around 11 a.m. on Monday.
