Knoxville, TN : High profile attorney Bruce Poston killed in collision with tree in West Knox County on Tuesday afternoon, October 21, 2014

High profile Knoxville attorney Bruce Poston was killed in a car wreck Tuesday afternoon in West Knox County. Officers say Poston, 66, was not wearing a seat belt and speed was a factor. His car hit a tree and caught fire as he was driving on Northshore at Sandpiper. Several bystanders ran to his car and attempted to put out the blaze with a fire extinguisher while two others pulled Poston from the car.
