Forest Park, IL : 2 killed in head-on collision on Eisenhower Expressway in Forest Park caused by wrong-way driver on Monday, 29th March 2021

Two women were killed when one, driving the wrong way on the Eisenhower Expressway, collided head-on with a vehicle driven by the second person in Forest Park early Monday, according to Illinois State Police.

Troopers responded to the Eisenhower Expressway at Des Plaines Avenue in Forest Park for a report of a two-vehicle collision just after 1:10 a.m., according to a statement from Trooper Gabriela Ugarte, a spokeswoman for state police.
