Garden City,KS : Ulysses teens injured in Kearny County crash on may, Saturday 20th 2017

Two Ulysses teens were injured in a car wreck Saturday about 1.5 miles south of Deerfield in Kearny County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Yulissa Majalca, 16, was eastbound on River Road in a 2005 Chevy Impala, when the passenger side tires left the roadway. Majalca overcorrected, causing the vehicle to rotate clockwise and roll into the south ditch, coming to rest on the passenger side on River and AA roads.

Majalca and her passenger, Monserrath Guillen, 16, were transported to Kearny County Hospital. Both were wearing seat belts.
