Chatham Township, OH : 33-year-old Elyria man died in a single-car crash on state Route 83 in Medina County on Wednesday morning, November 12, 2014

A driver was killed on State Route 83 after attempting to pass another vehicle Wednesday morning. It happened in the northbound lane, near mile post 7, shortly after 6 a.m., according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. 33-year-old Blessed Lovejoy lost control while passing another vehicle heading in same direction. The vehicle went off the side of the road and rolled over; Lovejoy was ejected from the vehicle. Officials said he was rushed to Lodi Hospital by Chatham Township, where he later died.
