Madison, NE : Newman Grove man dies in rollover crash on Highway 32 west of Madison on Thursday, 15th November 2018

A Newman Grove man died in a single-vehicle rollover accident early Friday morning on Highway 32 west of Madison.Kenneth W, Cleland, 60, was found by a passerby around 4:20 a.m. just east of the 549 intersection with Highway 32. Authorities with Madison Fire and Rescue and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the scene and found that Cleland had been ejected from the vehicle as it rolled into a cornfield on the north side of the road.

Cleland, who was driving a maroon 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, was not wearing his seatbelt, according to the county sheriff’s office. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation Friday afternoon.
